 It was a Japanese Dinner at Sushi Tei at City Hall and a catch up with Tracy, MMC classmate. She announced the good news that she is expecting her second kid. Very happy for her. We also spoke on our work that we are doing.

 Family time is always precious to me. Hence whenever time permits, I will take my mum out for meals. I chanced upon this 1-1 set lunch promotion at $48++ per person in the month of May. So here we at Wan Hao restaurant located at Marriott.

Canton Paradise @ Star Vista

 Indulge in authentic Cantonese and all day dim sum at Canton Paradise, a casual Hong Kong-style, under the Paradise Group of Restaurants. Canton Paradise offers a tantalising menu of Cantonese delights that include succulent roast meats, porridge, dim sum and noodles.

 Here I am catching up with my primary school mate Angie and her son, Adan for lunch. We lost contact and chanced upon each other at the MRT last December. Angie is currently looking in Melbourne.Very happy to be back in contact with her. We had dim sum.

We changed upon Morganfield st Suntec City. Cosy place with a rustic barbecue tradition. It is well known for its signature dish – Sticky Bones which is truly authentic, old fashioned prime pork ribs slow-cooked and smoked to tender mouth-watering perfection, and smothered in a oh-so-good  sweet and tangy hickory flavored BBQ sauce.

Half chicken marinated with our special blend of herbs & yogurt before being roasted to juicy perfection. Served with Red Skin Mashed Potatoes, Garden Veggies and Morgan’s House Gravy.

Hickory BBQ Spare Ribs 

The most tender, succulent and hearty pork ribs. Slow-cooked with hickory smoke, grilled and basted with Hickory BBQ sauce. Served with French Fries and Coleslaw.

Horizon Bistronomy

 After watching a movie, we took the MRT down to Punggol and it was a cooling walk exploring Punggol Settlement. It was soon time for dinner. There were many people queuing for the seafood. We chanced upon a French eatery Horizon Bistronomy located at #02-04, The Punggol Settlement, 3 Punggol Point Road.

Horizon Bistronomy is a French restaurant, set in a casual and affording setting. Definitely delectable French cuisine in a relaxing and peaceful setting. 

  Foie Gras served with bread 

 Medley of fresh tomatoes with home made red pesto and burrata cheese.

A unique combination of candled bacon and fig compote. The bacon was used as a candle to accompany the ice cream.
