Out of the Pan

Located at the basement of City Hall, I met Thiru at Out of Pan  for Sunday lunch on 30 June 2013. There was a 1-1 promotion for the crepes. Value for money. Thank you GSS.

Lunch at Restaurant Queenie

It was lunch at NICE after our walks around the market place. We headed to Restaurant Le Queenie located  19 Promenade des Anglais 06000 - Nice. The first place we had internet access. A 3 course meal was what we had.

Market at Nice

We took a walk and had a taste of the markets in Nice. Fresh fruits, seafood, flowers and a feast for the eyes. If only Singapore had more of such markets. Probably explains my love for Europe for the sights and travel photography.

Ice Cream Time in NICE

Nice is the fifth most populous city in France, after Paris, Marseille, Lyon and Toulouse. The urban area of Nice extends beyond the administrative city limits with a population of about 1 million. Located on the south east coast of France on the Mediterranean Sea, Nice is the second-largest French city on the Mediterranean coast after Marseille.

We chanced upon this shop - Fenocchio which one of the tour members mentioned it is recommended for the ice-cream.  There were over the 70-plus flavours of ice cream and sorbet at this unforgettable glacier (ice-cream shop). We asked Henry what flavor was good. His quote for the day : "The flavor you like, I like" - basically saying take the flavor that each like.
