For the past 2 years, during one's birthday month, we will get 50% discount on our meals for the first visit and 30% discount for the 2nd visit during the birthday month. Weekends I spend time with my mum at least once a week. On 13th January 2013, mum and I had lunch at TCC Isetan Scotts.

Saveur is a casual and budget eatery located at 5 Purvis Street where French food is brought to the masses at affordable prices. We visited the place last year on 16 December 2012 for pre-Xmas celebrations.

Pho House - A taste of Vietnamese Food

I am always game to try new food places. Gina and I walked around level 3 of Suntec on 19 jan before we chose Pho House for lunch. I enjoy eating Vietnamese food. Reasonably priced at $14++ per set, which includes appetizer, main course and a drink.

 I met Jenny for lunch on 29th December. We headed to Chinatown point which has been newly renovated. Dim Sum was what we had at Peace Garden, located on #02-36 Chinatown Point.

Island Cafe

 Island cafe is gradually going to be the place of gathering for 2013. Tucked on the 4th level of Tangs Shopping Centre, it is a cosy place which offers a spread of Fusion and Asian food. On 11th January, the silent retreat gals met up for dinner.

It was great catching up with the silent retreat gals. Linda and her stories, boy did she keep all of us in suspense. What great fun, bonding  and fellowship. If we have a chance to go on a silent retreat this year, that will be awesome.
