Souffle Souffle Pancake Cafe (BKK)

When we were in Bangkok in October 2019, we did not opt for breakfast in the hotel. Hence it gave us an opportunity to search for our breakfast. We decided to have pancakes for breakfast. Located on the second floor of a shophouse, we took a while to find this place located at Thonglor, BKK.

Being a soufflé café, there was a selection of savoury and sweet souffles on the menu.

The pancakes certainly melt in your mouth. A delightful breakfast experience in BKK.

Every time we are in BKK, there will always be a Japanese meal for both of us. The prices of the food in BKK always much cheaper than in Singapore.

Beat Hotel (BKK)

After a three hour ride from Khao Yai, we finally arrived in BKK in Oct 2019. We headed to Beat Hotel where we stayed for two nights. Located in the W District, and a short stroll from Phra khanong sky train station, Beat Hotel provides easy access to the city’s art galleries, brilliant shopping, cool clubs, hip happening restaurants and bars.

Look the design in the rooms we stayed in. All 54 rooms of a hotel are designed & decorated by young celebrated artists from the fields of graphic design, urban art and illustration.

Joan's New Place

In the Month of January 2020, we were invited to Joan's new place. A cosy place and a place for staycation :) Thank you for hosting us. We were treated to a sumptuous dim sum lunch. Joan even had door gifts for all of us. Thank you.
