Parkroyal at Hotel Pickering

 On 3rd January 2019, we were at Parkroyal at Hotel Pickering for lunch. The hotel was still in the festive mood of Xmas. I was soaking in every moment of it. I fell sick on Xmas day and was having a bad cough for a week. That put me out of action to experience what's left of the Xmas. I was thankful that I was able to enjoy the decorations at Hotel Pickering.

Lime at ParkRoyal

 Lime at ParkRoyal on Pickering was we had our lunch to celebrate our wedding anniversary on 3 Jan2019. I was delighted to see that the Xmas decorations were still around. Beautiful settings. We had a staycation there at ParkRoyal for our wedding anniversary 3 years ago. The event planner in Pat organised the wedding anniversary this year, booking the various reservations and the staycation.

Mandarin Oriental

 After our lunch on 3 January 2019, we checked into to Mandarin Oriental for staycation for 1 night. We had the deluxe room. Room was spacious and great view.

Dolce Vita ( Mandarin Oriental)

 On 3rd January 2019, we spent our wedding anniversary at Mandarin Oriental with a staycation and had dinner at Dolce Vita. With Dolce Vita, I have many fond memories - a place where birthday celebrations were celebrated at this cosy Italian restaurant with delicious Italian food and good staff service. This round is our wedding anniversary.

This was really a surprise to us. We are very touched with this gesture of yours. 

 We chose the sharing menu - the first two dishes comprised of homemade buffalo mozzarella from Naples with tomatoes, arugula and anchovies and selection of the finest Italian cold cuts.

 Tiramisu - is a must to try - melts in your mouth - simply delicious
